Institute FOSFA Trade Clauses (A), (B), (C), the War, the Strikes, the Supplementary
Clauses and the FOSFA Insurance Exclusion Clause List.

INSURANCE CLAUSES
The new Institute FOSFA Trade Clauses (A), (B), (C), the War, the Strikes, the Supplementary
Clauses and the FOSFA Insurance Exclusion Clause List have now been agreed with the
Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA). They are to become effective on and from 1 June 2013.
LMA will be releasing them shortly on their website www.lmalloyds.com, in the Joint Cargo
Committee area.
Subscribers to the Contract Manual Amendment Service will automatically receive copies of the
revised clauses.
By way of an advanced service to members, the clauses are posted on FOSFA website,
accessible via the front page. As from 1 June 2013, the new clauses can be accessible via the
“Contracts/Clauses” area.
